SHIPPING POLICY
Worldwide shipping

All orders are shipped from our Art studio in Gliwice, Poland and we ship worldwide
using a Postal Service.
Due to import restrictions, we are currently not able to ship to Russia.
​
Tracking
​
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate
e-mail from DHL. When using Postal Service, We will send you a copy of your tracking
number when your order is being processed.
​
Delivery times
​
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. We send you an email about each step of the shipping process.
​
Europe
– Postal Service: 4-5 business days (5,00 USD)
Rest of the world
– Postal Service: 5-7 business days (11,00 USD)

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times.
Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.
Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control,
like customs delays, deliveries to remote places etc.
Shipping costs / Customs

Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.
The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.

Packaging info
​
When you buy a print, it will be carefully hand packed in a cardboard tube.
​
Methods of payment
​
We accept payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
It is also possible to make the payment via a bank/wire transfer,
please get in touch for further details.

Damaged Delivery
​
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way. If your order for any reason
or in any way arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve
the problem. We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items
and in some cases additional compensation. But we do not offer a full refund.

If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead
or make other arrangement with us.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product
and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to store@littlebudka.com.
Remember to also state you order number in the e-mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
Small delays may occur due to occasional Covid 19 related delivery issues from our suppliers.
The delivery time is currently not affected by Covid 19 and our shipping partner DHL is fully
operational in most countries with only a few exceptions in local regions and cities. In some cases, however, there may be limitations in the delivery services available based on guidelines from local authorities. Please follow the local updates from the authorities in your country.
